The checking in process is not smooth. The receptionist cannot find my booking after 15mins intermittently switching services to other customers and managed found my booking later. Told me it needed 20mins to clean the room up and issued the room cards to us. After 25mins, we went up to the room, and nothing cleaned, including the quilt covers which were not replaced. Meanwhile we found the yellow spots from sweating on the pillow insert which made me feel uncomfortable. It is a hygiene concern to me. So if asked the hotel to get a clean one for me. The hotel has a very high rating. I seriously doubt this is a fake one. As the treat on the swearing spots on pillow insert does not match this hotel stars rating . Anyway, guys if you book this hotel, Please check your pillow insert next time.

The hotel design is elegant and spacious, with nice rooms and great facilities.
Location: good location in proximity of great food, popular destinations and the Changchun railway station.
Service: great service and even offered me free buffet breakfast (which was outstanding)

When I come back to Changchun, I will stay here again.
The service is wonderful! The food in their buffet is diverse and tasty, and when I asked for some cheese at dinner, they found several varieties of it for me!

Very tired every time go up and down to get my room card working properly even after changing the room.
In the room I found someone’s else trousers
The toilet stucks very easily and I have to go downstairs to the toilet, extremely uncomfortable

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby.
Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point.
Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled.
Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off
Breakfast big selection, quality so so
Would rate it 4 stars in total
